Start at Stapleford Woods, Coddington Ln, Stapleford, Lincoln LN6 9LE where you can park. 

1. Cross Coddington Lane and take the track directly opposite the car park (called Grange Drive).

2. At the track cross roads turn right and follow the path for about 1.6km until you turn right again, heading back to Coddington Lane. 

3. Cross Coddington Lane and take the track ahead, which bends to the right. 

4. After the bend it is 0.2 km to the next crossroads of track, here you turn left. 

5. Follow the path which is now on the edge of the woods and bends to the right. 

6. Follow the track for 1.4 km then take a sharp right on to Pailings Ride

7. Take the second track to the left, which returns you to the cark park
